OMS Consulting started due to my love for sharing my knowledge and finding ways to help folks around me be the best version of themselves. I am also an adjunct faculty, and I have been for over 15+ years. I enjoy teaching and sharing my experiences with my students and investing in them now will be the benefit our society will reap in the future.
I love learning, I embrace change, and most of all, I like building valuable and lasting relationships.
I am based in the NY/NJ/CT tristate area; when I am not managing a team or in front of the classroom teaching, I am helping out in my community.

Sola is a seasoned Product Marketing Leader with experience at multi-billion-dollar firms, where she has directed marketing teams for enterprise technology portfolios. Her talent for execution, combined with her love for engaging with others, allows her to formulate and implement marketing strategies. Collaborating closely with product management and sales, Sola ensures that customer insights are woven into every decision, driving brand relevance and growth. Sola has over 10 years of experience in the technology, beauty, and personal care CPG industries.
She is also an artist and a certified interior designer, using her creative and technical skills to produce captivating campaigns. An MBA graduate from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon, she lives in Lagrangeville, NY, with her husband and two children, and enjoys running and family activities in her leisure time.
